Occorre ridefinire l’identità, il ruolo ed il sistema di governo delle Camere di commercio, rimaste indietro rispetto alle trasformazioni economiche avvenute in questi ultimi anni.

Una seria ridefinizione delle Camere di Commercio, avrebbe una sana e utile conseguenza sulla rappresentanza del mondo economico del Paese (artigianato, industria, commercio, servizi e agricoltura), Upa compresa.

In virtù di queste considerazioni e la convinzione che l'attuale sistema della rappresentanza non abbia la capacità di autoriformarsi, occorre una rinnovata speranza nel domani dove "la paura del futuro si vince solo con un soprassalto di partecipazione".
