Non crediate che le vicende elettorali abbiano finito di influenzare la vita della nostra Organizzazione Sindacale, ma, finalmente, si ricomincia a parlare di Sindacato e quindi partendo dalle dichiarazione della Emma Marcegaglia, numero uno di Confindustria, riportiamo il comunicato stampa del Segretario Generale Renata Polverini tratto dalla prima pagina del sito dell'UGL del 26 aprile.
L'argomento "riforma dei contratti" è fondamentale per la vita di tutti i lavoratori italiani quindi è importante incominciare to tell us what we think.

Peccato che il voto ha dimostrato che la CGIL è rimasta spiazzata (si può dire in mezzo al guado) e se da una parte si sta chiedendo ancora perché i lavoratori del nord hanno preferito la Lega, dall’altra rischia di essere scavalcata a sinistra dai sindacati di base. Ne consegue che l’Ugl rischia di rimanere isolata.
Insomma, noi non siamo i grandi strateghi della politica sindacale, ma faremo tesoro di quest’insegnamento.
Se ti chiedono di puntare sul rosso , pensaci. Potrebbe essere un colore perdente….

Il blog in quanto tale, può essere un importante strumento di confronto e di approfondimento per la comunità a cui apparteniamo, ma non deve trasformarsi in un lacrimatoio nazionale e tanto meno in un rotocalco scandalistico del gossip ugellino.
Abbiamo un patrimonio di valori che vogliamo e dobbiamo rappresentare e difendere.
Abbiamo bisogno di affrontare le sfide che l'attuale situazione politico economico sindacale ci presenta.
Abbiamo l'esigenza di proporre un progetto di sindacato che sia in grado, ai vari livelli organizzativi e istituzionali, di rispondere a questa sfida.

A noi, pertanto, il compito di riempire queste parole di contributi, senza dimenticare che fra due anni ci sarà il Congresso Confederale…
