Alla Banca poco cambierebbe (clienti siamo oggi e clienti rimarremo domani anche in CNA), ma per noi soci Upa non sarebbe la stessa cosa, anzi. Controllate i numeri, prendetevi il giusto tempo per approfondire le questioni e se non capite chiedete aiuto a chi pensate sia dalla parte degli Artigiani che dall'Upa attendono delle risposte utili alle loro aziende.
Incontrate periodicamente il Direttore Generale dell'Upa Servizi ( fin che resiste!), chiedete informazioni sui costi e sui ricavi della Società, su quanti disdettano dai nostri servizi e perché lo fanno.
Siete voi la proprietà, lo potete fare, è un vostro diritto e dovere.
Oltre che con gli associati, non trascurate mai di parlare con i dipendenti! Sono loro la più importante risorsa produttiva dell'Upa.
